Every Titan Beam is built by one person, at one bench. No assembly lines - just hours of machining, finishing and assembly that can’t be hurried.
That’s the real reason there are only a hundred.
I didn’t set out to build a product. I set out to make the headlight I couldn’t buy anywhere: as considered as a watch, as tough as the road, and unmistakably its owner’s.
Choose your mounts in the box - a low bottom mount or a side mount.
Both CNC machined out of Ergal 7075.
Cruiser, cafe racer, scrambler, bobber: it bolts on clean.
24K gold won’t tarnish. Titanium won’t rust.
A liquid-glass shield ignores UV and fuel. You won’t be replacing this.
A certified, E-marked Mitsubishi lens.

Numbered and recorded. When the batch is gone it’s gone, and yours stays the only one wearing its number.

Real gold, micro-deposited and sealed beneath a two-component glass shield. As bright in ten years as on day one.
Grade 2 titanium, laser-cut and stone-tumbled to a raw satin finish. Lighter than steel and physically unable to rust.
An aluminium heat-sink housing that pulls warmth away from the LEDs, so the beam stays bright for the long haul.
A polycarbonate lens tuned for depth of beam and built to take highway debris without flinching.
Every structural fastener is marine-grade stainless steel. Road salt and weather don’t get a say.
The highest rating there is:
Dust-proof, submersible and unbothered by a high-pressure wash.
A snap-fit cap swallows the wiring connectors and relays, so all anyone sees is the light.
